摘要

摘要本研究的目的是对奥波莱省林地进行被动和主动生物监测。本研究以青苔为材料,测定了青苔中Mn、Fe、Ni、Cu、Zn、Cd、Pb等重金属的浓度。用吸收原子光谱法测定其浓度。在此基础上,比较了被动和主动生物监测方法对苔藓样品中重金属含量的影响。研究结果表明,在一定的研究范围内,两种方法不能交替使用,但在被动监测和主动监测中均可成功应用。在进行研究的基础上,确定了应用生物监测方法可以作为补充。
