Beer’s law plots were obeyed in the concentration ranges 2– 8 µg ml-1, 1– 4 µg ml-1, and 1– 6 µg ml-1, for the three drugs, respectively, with bromophenol blue. The detection limits were found to be 1.65, 0.83 and 0.79 μg mL-1, respectively, for Ciprofloxacin hydrochloride, Moxifloxacin hydrochloride, and Roxithromycin hydrochloride with bromophenol blue. 摘要
