摘要

我们报告一位三十岁女性卵巢癌合并皮肤及脐部转移的病例。腹部CT显示右侧卵巢肿块伴前腹壁转移。卵巢肿块CT引导下FNAC显示腺癌。脐部和皮肤转移的FNAC也表现为腺癌。由于肿块无法切除，病人接受了紫杉醇类化疗，她服用了两个周期，然后去世了。
