Then we propose a multi-view video oriented frame level RC algorithm which is based on the character of MVC and requirement of RC. Experimental results show that compared with the Multi-view video coding using fixed quantization parameter (QP), our multi-view video oriented bit allocation and RC algorithm in which the parameters are predefined can control the bit rate more efficiently.
