Beer's Law was obeyed over the concentration range of 1.6 -12.8 μg/ml for salbutamol sulphate and1.6 -13.6 μg/ml for mefenamic acid. The limit of detection (LOD) were 0.0367μg/ml and limit of quantitation (LOQ) were 0.1226 μg/ml for both drugs. In addition, the recovery levels of the drugs were in the range 100.56% and 100.74%. The method was created to be simple, cost-effective and rapid because it does not involve any solvent extraction. 摘要

建立了一种简单、准确、灵敏的间接分光光度法,用于测定纯制剂(胶囊、糖浆、片剂)中硫酸沙丁胺醇和甲非那酸的含量。本方法以溴代琥珀酰亚胺在酸性介质中和未反应的氧化剂与一定量的Azur-A染料溶液发生溴化反应为基础,因其漂白其颜色,在606.5 nm处测定了残留色染料的吸光度。对硫酸沙丁胺醇和甲胺酸的摩尔吸光度分别为2.3 × 10 L.mol.cm和8.1× 10 L.mol.cm。硫酸沙丁胺醇在1.6 ~ 12.8 μg/ml范围内、甲胺酸在1.6 ~ 13.6 μg/ml范围内符合比尔定律。两种药物的检出限和定量限分别为0.0367μg/ml和0.1226 μg/ml。回收率在100.56% ~ 100.74%范围内。该方法不涉及任何溶剂提取,具有简单、经济、快速的特点。该方法成功地应用于所研究药物的含量测定。
