Employee performance is very large in determining organizational development so as to improve work performance and achieve organizational goals. Employee performance can be influenced by several factors. Leadership style, organizational culture and employee motivation are important in shaping employee performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of leadership style on employee performance mediated by organizational culture and employee motivation in the Bureau of Government and Regional Autonomy Regional Secretariat of East Java Province. This research is a causal research. The approach used is a quantitative method. The population in this study were all employees of the Bureau of Government and Regional Autonomy Regional Secretariat of East Java Province, totaling 75. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique, so the number of samples in this study were 75 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by distributing questionnaires. 摘要员工绩效对组织发展的决定作用非常大,从而提高工作绩效,实现组织目标。员工的表现会受到几个因素的影响。领导风格、组织文化和员工动机在塑造员工绩效方面很重要。本研究旨在分析东爪哇省政府与地方自治局领导风格在组织文化和员工动机的中介作用下对员工绩效的影响。这个研究是一个因果研究。所使用的方法是定量方法。本研究的人口均为东爪哇省政府和区域自治局区域秘书处的雇员,共计75人。使用的抽样技术是饱和抽样技术,因此本研究的样本数量为75名受访者。本研究的数据收集方法是通过发放问卷的方式进行的。本研究的分析技术采用偏最小二乘法(PLS)。研究结果表明:(1)东爪哇省政府和地方自治局的领导风格对组织文化有显著影响;(2)领导风格对东爪哇省政府和地方自治局的员工激励有显著影响;(3)东爪哇省地方秘书处政府和地方自治局的领导风格对员工绩效有显著影响;(4)东爪哇省地方秘书处政府与地方自治局组织文化对员工绩效有显著影响;(5)东爪哇省政府和地方自治局区域秘书处员工激励对员工绩效有显著影响;关键词:领导风格;组织文化;员工激励;员工绩效
