{"title":"冠心病患者血清脂蛋白(α)、同型半胱氨酸、尿酸水平与冠状动脉狭窄程度的关系","authors":"Zhong-qin Yan","doi":"10.3760/CMA.J.ISSN.1674-4756.2020.05.019","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"Objective \nTo investigate the correlations of the levels of serum lipoprotein (α) , that is LP (α), plasma homocysteine (Hcy), serum uric acid (SUA) levels with the degree of coronary artery stenosis of coronary heart disease (CHD) patients. \n \n \nMethods \nA total of 90 patients with CHD admitted to Zhoukou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the study group; and 90 healthy people who had physical examination at the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of LP (α), Hcy and SUA of both groups were detected. The results of the above-mentioned indicators were recorded in the control group and study group. The differences of the detection values of LP(α), Hcy and SUA in patients with different degrees of coronary artery stenosis were analyzed. \n \n \nResults \nThe levels of LP (α), Hcy and SUA in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Relationship between the levels of serum lipoprotein (α), homocysteine, uric acid and the degree of coronary stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease
Objective
To investigate the correlations of the levels of serum lipoprotein (α) , that is LP (α), plasma homocysteine (Hcy), serum uric acid (SUA) levels with the degree of coronary artery stenosis of coronary heart disease (CHD) patients.
Methods

Results
