本文论述了小学学龄儿童金融素养前提条件的形成是现代小学教育亟待解决的问题。以在课外活动和暑期健康营的形象转换中使用的提高金融素养的一般发展方案"Orel i Reshka"为例，揭示了儿童初步金融行为技能和能力形成的特点。
