Taguchi’s L18 orthogonal array design has been utilized for design of experiments and the analysis of variance (ANOVA) has been performed with the help of Minitab-19 software. The optimal parametric setting of Cu powder mixed EDM has been found utilizing the Taguchi - Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) integrated approach and also validation of optimal parametric setting is done through experimentation. 摘要

电火花加工(EDM)是一种最受欢迎的非常规加工工艺,在许多高精度制造行业中得到应用。为了提高电火花加工的性能,通常采用混合技术,即粉末混合电火花加工(PMEDM),以获得更高的精度要求。在本研究中,为了探索在电火花加工油介质中使用铜(Cu)粉末对Ti-6Al-4V合金进行PMEDM加工的性能,进行了实验研究。实验设计采用田口L18正交设计,采用Minitab-19软件进行方差分析(ANOVA)。利用田口-灰色关联分析(GRA)方法找到了铜粉混合电火花加工的最优参数设置,并通过实验对最优参数设置进行了验证。采用PMEDM加工Ti-6Al-4V合金是一种新颖的加工方法,在介质中加入适量的铜粉可显著改善表面质量。
