The survey questionnaires were designed and distributed to the 50 respondents. The pilot study sample consists of 30 respondents from 50 questionnaires, with an average response rate of 60%. The reliability and validity test was conducted and the data were analysed using the statistical software SPSS version 22. The results indicate that six factors have been identified to be critical factors for operational excellence practices. Furthermore, the process management is the most critical factor influencing the operational excellence practices implementation success. This research concluded that the manufacturing industry should implement six critical success factors of operational excellence practices to enhance the organisational performance. 摘要

本研究考察了制造业卓越运营实践的关键成功因素(CSFs)。设计调查问卷并分发给50名受访者。试点研究样本由50份问卷中的30名受访者组成,平均回复率为60%。采用SPSS统计软件进行信效度检验,并对数据进行分析。结果表明,六个因素已被确定为卓越运营实践的关键因素。此外,过程管理是影响卓越运营实践实施成功的最关键因素。本研究得出结论,制造业应实施六个关键成功因素的卓越运营实践,以提高组织绩效。因此,建议进一步研究调查和验证马来西亚制造业卓越运营实践与可持续绩效之间的结构关系。
