Crowbar trigger circuit with 10/350μs impulse current and follow current of voltage switching type surge protective device (SPD) has been researched using EMTP simulation. In order to simulate voltage switching type SPD, the equivalent impedance of the sample and the acting time of crowbar can be obtained from test. The simulation showed that follow current trend of positive and negative polarity were almost the same under impulse of 10/ 350μs impulse current. 摘要

介绍了10/350μs脉冲电流产生的工作原理,分析了撬棍触发电路的特点。采用EMTP仿真研究了电压开关式浪涌保护装置(SPD) 10/350μs冲击电流和跟随电流的撬棍触发电路。为了模拟电压开关型防雷器,可以通过试验得到样品的等效阻抗和撬棍的作用时间。仿真结果表明,当脉冲电流为10/ 350μs时,正负极性随流趋势基本一致。在相同的同步触发角度下,由于冲击电流的极性不同,会影响SPD的跟随电流初始部分。
