摘要

本研究旨在分析视觉识别、学术声誉和服务质量对Unsoed学生满意度的影响。本研究为描述性研究,采用问卷调查法收集数据。研究结果表明,视觉识别、学术声誉和服务质量对学生满意度有正向影响。根据研究结果,FEB应增加维护其视觉形象的方式,提高其学术声誉,提高服务质量以保持学生满意度。

This research has the aims to analyze the effect of visual identity ,academic reputation and service quality on student satisfaction at Unsoed.
