摘要

提出一种基于模型预测控制(MPC)的三电平有源中性点箝位(3L-ANPC)逆变器开路故障诊断方法。该方法采用预测电流模型对正常和故障情况下的相电流进行预测和估计。通过将估计相电流与实测相电流的残差与阈值进行比较,可以检测出OC故障。通过故障定位矩阵对检测到的故障进行进一步的定位,矩阵的每一个元素对应3L-ANPC逆变器中的一个开关。将实际测量的相电流与考虑可能的开关OC故障的估计相电流进行比较,更新矩阵。在MPC算法中,利用的相电流信号也是必须的,因此所提出的故障诊断方法不需要额外的传感器。此外,MPC还具有快速动态特性。以3L-ANPC逆变器驱动的永磁同步电机(PMSM)为例进行了仿真,验证了所提诊断方法的有效性。
