本文在以人格为导向的研究方法的基础上,提出了以人格为导向的高职院校教师专业发展发展模型,并以“变量”模型为例,对不同资历、经验和教育水平的教师专业能力发展的组织进行了结果检验,提出了初步、当前、教学活动的最终状态和教师及整个教学人员的个性。
