Wavelength characteristics of Nb2O5micro-ring resonators
A $30\mu m$-radius ring resonator using an Nb2O5 material was fabricated and periodic resonant peaks in the fabricated device were obtained. By numerical calculation, a resonance characteristic of a $5\mu m$-radius ring waveguide was also obtained.
