摘要

医院需要优秀的服务或卓越的服务来提供信任和按标准的服务。为了改善服务,需要患者投诉服务来响应每项服务并实现患者所获得的权利。目前,Hermina Arcamanik医院提供的患者投诉服务仍在使用google表单,并使用whatsapp发送投诉,所使用的媒体仍然被认为效率较低,因此在输入数据时容易受到数据操纵或错误的影响。基于这些障碍,重要的是投诉过程可以得到妥善解决,适当的数据处理和患者可以充分和彻底地轻松访问在线服务。因此,为了便于访问,以web的形式制作了一个患者投诉服务信息系统,该信息系统使用PHP编程语言创建,具有Bootstrap接口,并配备Javascript,使用MySQL存储数据库和使用XAMPP程序的来自Apache的本地托管服务器。研究结果设计了一个基于web的投诉服务信息系统,该系统采用服务访问的形式,使用方便,接入internet速度快,数据处理适当。
