One important aspect in supporting the smart city concept is adequate information technology infrastructure. The Sidoarjo district government has made many innovations in making this happen, one of which is the construction of an intranet and internet network using fiber optics which is centered in the Data Center and managed by the Sidoarjo District Communication and Information Center. As a work unit in the field of ICT infrastructure and security at the Sidoarjo Regency Diskominfo, it is responsible for serving reports from the OPD (Regional Apparatus Organization) regarding intranet and internet network problems in the Sidoarjo regency environment. However, the reporting system used is still very simple and manual. The aim of this research is to design and build a web-based system that functions as a complaint, documenting work, and reporting handling related to intranet and internet network problems at the OPD in Sidoarjo Regency. In collecting data, this research used qualitative methods. Meanwhile, system development uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with waterfall model, and uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) as system modeling. This application was built using PHP with the CodeIgniter framework and MySQL. The results of this research show that the system makes it easier for related parties to make complaints, document work, and report handling.

Adinda Shop is a shop that provides various office and school stationery equipment. This shop stands in a strategic location because across the road from the shop is a state high school. The problem that occurs is that the storage of incoming and outgoing goods is still in the form of archives, resulting in a buildup of data. And reports are only made based on the number of opinions obtained in a day. Therefore, the system that the author will create is WEB-based regarding the inventory of goods in this company. With the problems that exist at Toko Adinda, the research method used is the RAD method. And with this system, it is hoped that it will be beneficial for the company by proving it using Cost Benefit Analysis. And after the analysis, the result was 1.14, which stated that it was feasible for this system to be created. This system is applied to process incoming and outgoing goods to make it easier for companies to see the amount of stock, and making reports makes it easier for the company

The development of the internet world is highly expected for the present because more and more private companies, agencies, and educational institutions are very highly in need to serve as information services. In this study, we will try to make an Android-based Jersey Shirt Sales System Application that is addressed at the Berugak Jersey Lombok Store. The Berugak Jersey Lombok shop only uses social media and manuals in marketing its products. So, most of the consumers/customers come from the people around them and the social media they use. Currently, a business field is certainly less competitive if it does not have online marketing media such as e-commerce applications/websites. The existence of an application/website will be able to expand the reach in marketing the products sold at this store. The method used in the design and manufacture of this software is the waterfall method. The quality of oil palm fruits is very important, and effective seedling care is one of the techniques to produce quality oil palm seedlings. However, seedling care is often constrained by watering, because seedling owners cannot control oil palm seedlings at all times. The purpose of this project is to create a tool and mobile application used to control soil moisture and automatic watering based on android In this study, sensor testing and interviews were used as data collection methods. To determine soil moisture, this system uses a soil moisture sensor. Then the NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller will process the data obtained from the sensor, after which the data will be stored in real time in the Firebase realtime database. Android applications made with the Java programming language can be used for monitoring. This system can facilitate the owners of oil palm seedlings in controlling and watering the seedlings, even though they are traveling, the owner of the seedlings can control the oil palm seedlings using the Android application, so that with regular seedling care it will produce quality oil palm

Students with disabilities are students who experience physical, intellectual, mental and/or sensory limitations for a long period of time, who in interacting with the environment can experience obstacles and difficulties in participating fully and effectively with the people around them. Students with disabilities need special ways and methods to determine children's development, especially in their reading literacy. Children's reading comprehension levels need to be measured and tested to make it easier to group study groups. The grouping of children's reading comprehension is grouped based on the child's level of understanding, namely basic level, letter level, word level, sentence level, paragraph level and description level. Grouping can be done by testing and measuring children's level of understanding based on these levels. This can be done quickly and accurately if supported by an information system that answers these needs. The aim of this research is to create an information system for mapping the reading literacy of students with disabilities against student difficulties. The influence of global culture and modernization in the field of technology has had a major impact on the field of education, especially in learning and teaching methods. The technology which keeps developing rapidly and provides great opportunities to improve the quality and effectiveness of learning media is Artificial Intelligence technology. Based on the results of observations and interviews, 85% of the 19 third-grade students at SDN 3 Sekarteja found it difficult to recognize and read the Sasak script language in local content lessons. This research aims to overcome students' difficulties in recognizing and reading the Sasak script language at SDN 3 Sekarteja through the development of mobile-based interactive learning media that utilizes Artificial Intelligence tools to create, so that they can be used as a means of teaching and learning activities. This research was carried out using the methods of problem analysis, data collection, design stage, design stage, development stage, trial and implementation. The results showed a very good response which was evidenced by the results of testing interactive learning media showing a good response: the absence of errors and getting very good results regarding the implementation of interactive learning media at SDN 3 Sekarteja from the results of the questionnaire.

When the eyes experience interference, the sufferer will be very uncomfortable in doing their daily activities. In an expert system, the Certainty Factor methods are used to determine the percentage of possible eye diseases suffered and provide accurate diagnostic information based on research conducted. The expert system developed to diagnose eye disease has been successfully implemented using knowledge which includes 22 symptoms and 6 types of related diseases. The purpose of this study is to explore the symptoms displayed in the form of questions in order to diagnose the type of disease with web management system-based software. So that later it gives the results of the percentage of diagnosis of eye disease after based on the symptoms suffered. Of course this research can help experts in dealing with existing problems and make it easier for the general public to get information about eye diseases directly consult through the system without having to check with an eye doctor first, can also provide relief for the underprivileged people who want to consult directly with experts only through Web application.

The objective of this research is to develop a home security system that utilizes facial recognition technology using the Haar Cascade method and ESP32CAM. In the face of criminal threats, the importance of an effective home security system is increasing. The facial recognition method employed in this study is the Haar Cascade method, which utilizes specific facial features to identify individual identities. The ESP32CAM sensor is used as a camera to capture facial images of the home occupants. The research involves the process of collecting facial image data from the home occupants, which is then used to train the facial recognition model. Subsequently, the model is implemented in a home security system that is connected to the internet and equipped with motion sensors. When motion is detected, the ESP32CAM camera captures an image of the visitor's face and compares it with the previously identified facial data. If a match is found, the system grants access to the visitor. The research results demonstrate that the developed home security system achieves accurate facial recognition with a high success rate. Therefore, this system has the potential to enhance home security and provide better protection for its occupants

Decision Support System is a computer system that processes data into information to make decisions regarding specific semi-structured problems. It is specially developed to support solutions for unstructured management issues to enhance the quality of decision-making. The selection of potential thesis advisors at Hamzanwadi University's Informatics Engineering program is currently done by directly choosing an advisor while considering individual criteria or by seeking advice from peers. However, this direct selection method sometimes overlooks crucial aspects that should be prioritized. This research aims to construct a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) to assist final-semester students in the Faculty of Engineering at Hamzanwadi University in selecting their thesis advisors. The methodology employed in this Decision Support System is the Weighted Product method, which enables the calculation and comparison of multiple factors during the decision-making process. Factors analyzed in this study encompass the instructors' competency areas and the number of students they supervise. The utilization of this Decision Support System is expected to aid students in choosing an appropriate and fitting thesis advisor according to their needs. Moreover, the Decision Support System is anticipated to aid the faculty in providing information about potential thesis advisors before students finalize their choices. This research is expected to contribute to and benefit the development of information technology in the education sector

This research aims to produce a geographic information system with spatial data visualization containing the location of East Lombok souvenir shops, shop information and directions that will be presented to visitors or users. The research targets were carried out in several sub-districts in the East Lombok Regency area which have souvenir shops. This is an effort to introduce craft products and food and drinks that are characteristic of the East Lombok Regency area. The data used in this research is by collecting map data of the East Lombok Regency area using Google Map API and Google Map Direction Service, interviews with shop owners, data collection on coordinate points and several other supporting data. The result of this research is that a web-based geographic information system for East Lombok souvenir shops has been built using the Google Maps API which makes it easy for web users to find out the position of East Lombok souvenir shops, where there is shop information and shop position. , items for sale and directions to the desired store.
