The results show that the road transport accidents of hazardous Chemicals are closely related to the initial trafflc accidents. Rollover, tracking and impact are the main trafflc accidents. They usually develop the way of rollover-leakage, tracking-leakage, impact-leakage. Aiming at the evolution process, a map of probabilistic accident chain is drawn to reveal the probability distribution of various types of accidents in hazardous road transport and the weak points of accident evolution. 摘要

近年来,中国危险化学品运输事故频发,其中公路运输占很大比例。收集2013年至2018年6月982例危险化学品道路运输事故,总结事故特点。从路段、省份、道路类型、危险品种、载重、事故原因、事故后果、事故应急处置时间等方面分析了事故的特点和规律。结果表明,危险化学品道路运输事故与初始交通事故密切相关。侧翻、追尾和撞击是主要的交通事故。它们通常发展为侧翻泄漏、跟踪泄漏、冲击泄漏。针对事故演化过程,绘制了概率事故链图,揭示了危险道路运输中各类事故的概率分布和事故演化的薄弱环节。有关的预防措施也正在提出。
