Circle-Marker-Based Machine Learning Positioning Algorithm with Single General-Purpose Camera 基于圆标记的单台通用相机机器学习定位算法

Indoor positioning is an important issue in warehousing. Nowadays, efficient automated guided vehicles (AGVs) with QR codes positioning system are popular in cargo sorting. The main disadvantage of them is low space utilization. Therefore, Circle-Marker-Based Machine Learning Positioning Algorithm (CMLPA), a monocular positioning method, is presented. Contrast with many systems focusing on eliminating the influences of deformation, CMLPA utilizes it to predict the distance and the position based on circle-markers with gradient boosting decision trees algorithm. The experimental result demonstrates that the average absolute error of CMLPA is low to 0.34 cm in 2 m*2m site while the maximum error is 4 cm. Thus, CMLPA shows great potential in storing field.

Design and Research of Junior High School Physics Micro-Course Based on Knowledge Map 基于知识地图的初中物理微课程设计与研究

Nowadays, mobile learning has become the main way for students to learn autonomously, and micro-course plays an important role in mobile learning. Physics is an important course in junior high school, since it involves a large number of calculation formulas and concepts, micro-course can be used to make students understand the knowledge more intuitively and quickly. Based on the features of knowledge map, this paper proposes to design the physics micro lesson in junior high school based on the knowledge map, which aims to provide students with good knowledge navigation and improve their learning efficiency.

Incentive Analysis of Power Failure in Distribution Network Based on Multi-source Data Fusion 基于多源数据融合的配电网停电激励分析

Blackout causes more complex problems, for the accurate, early warning of power failure needs to use big data analysis from multi perspective to in-depth analysis of blackouts, try panoramic analysis and its impact on the distribution network power factor. For this reason, a simple and easy method for analyzing the outage risk of distribution network based on multi-source data fusion is proposed in the paper. Based on the method of marketing and distribution through the data, the blackout Scene Building blackout event information is built, and then principal component analysis and logical mature returned is used to distinguish power scenes and the corresponding non-blackout scene, and find the obvious signs before the power outage of distribution network fault warning. The feasibility and correctness of the method proposed in this paper are verified by an example.

Meter Fault Causes Separation Based on Cyclic Iterative Algorithm 基于循环迭代算法的电表故障分离

The growing amount of fault smart meter raises concern from the State Grid Corporation of China in Tianjin. However, data analysis on smart meter fault is still not enough. This paper investigates the fault causes among fault meters data and tries to separate the effective meter fault causes out. To this end, several steps have been followed: first, it builds a fault causes analysis system to find out the effective causes. Second, it raises a cause separation method to extract effective reasons from massive causes. Then a cyclic iterative algorithm has been proposed by maximum likelihood solution for solving meter fault causes equations built in cause separation method. The cause separation method behaves better in practical applications than in the traditional statistics approach. The methods are applied to and evaluated on the practical data.

Robustness analysis of neutral BAMNN with time delays 具有时滞的中性BAMNN鲁棒性分析

This paper is studied with robustness of neutral BAMNN (Bidirectional Associative Memory neural networks) with time delays. We discuss that how much neutral term contraction coefficient and time delay are allowed to ensure the global exponential stable of neutral BAMNN with time delays. By using some transcendental equations, a criterion of global exponential stable is derived for neutral BAMNN with time delays. We proved in theory, if contraction coefficient of neutral terms and time delays are smaller than the results arrived, then the BAMNN also is globally exponentially stable. Finally, an example is provided to show the correctness of our analysis and the effectiveness of the theoretical results.

Extracting Cross-organization Emergency Response Process Models from Chinese Plans 从中国预案中提取跨组织应急响应过程模型

Emergency plans are used as effective instructions of hazard emergency response and they describe the overall emergency response process in natural language. In this paper, we propose an approach to extract a BPMN process model of cross-organization emergency response from plan text. It comprises three components: model elements identification, plan text decomposition and process model generation. First, a CRF (Conditional random field) network is combined with Bi-LSTM (a bidirectional long short-term memory) network (Bi-LSTMCRF) to identify model elements. Then, plan text is decomposed into subtexts about executive departments. Finally, inner-process models of all departments are generated from these subtexts and a complete collaborative process model is integrated by message flows. In addition, a case study is introduced and the precision of model elements identification is showed to illustrate that the proposed extraction approach is feasible and available.

Image Enhancement Based on InfoGAN for Target Tracking in Natural Gas Gathering Station 基于InfoGAN的天然气集输站目标跟踪图像增强

Natural gas gathering station plays an important role in providing stable gas supply for downstream users. With the trend of the unattended station, the safety of the station becomes a major challenge. Intelligent video surveillance system, as an important part of unattended system, is mainly responsible for monitoring suspicious intruders. Target tracking technology is the key technology to achieve this goal. Off-line tracker is one of the main ways to achieve target tracking tasks. However, it requires a large number of samples for pre-training. Considering that human is the main monitoring object in intelligent video surveillance system, facial features can provide an effective basis for target tracking. Therefore, we introduce information maximizing generative adversarial nets as a generative model, which takes CelebA dataset as a benchmark to generate a large number of face samples with continuous change of feature attributes. Qualitative evaluation shows that the quality of synthetic face samples is high, which provides reliable data support for further training off-line tracker.

Incremental local data backup system based on bacula 基于bacula的增量式本地数据备份系统

Information system becomes an important part of production and life. Reliable data backup technology can ensure complete and rapid recovery of data after disasters. In order to solve the problem that a full backup needs to consume a large amount of space to store data, incremental backup aims to improve space efficiency, and only backs up data that has changed since the last backup. The traditional incremental backup method is to back up the data changed after the last backup. If there are too many accumulated incremental backups, you need to make a synthetic backup for the secondary increments. The data backup system designed in this paper is based on the incremental backup of the file system, and gives the database incremental data backup based on the Diff algorithm on the file content. The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

A Formal Proof of Two Properties of Laplace Transform 拉普拉斯变换两个性质的形式化证明

In our previous work, we have introduced a formal definition of Laplace transform in Coq, and proved a group of basic properties of Laplace transform, including linear property, frequency shifting and first order differentiation. However, in many control systems, Laplace transforms are often applied on functions containing second-order derivatives and integrals with variable upper bound. This paper extends our previous results by adding formal Coq proofs on properties of these two kinds of Laplace transforms. Finally, as an application of these formal properties, we presents a formal derivation of the transfer function of a DC motor control system for robots.

Clustering of Short Text in Micro-blog Based on K-means Algorithm 基于K-means算法的微博短文本聚类

Based on K-means algorithm, this paper proposed a short text clustering method. First of all, data of short texts on the Internet are collected by using the web crawler. Then, they are preprocessed, for example, irrelevant contents like noisy data, punctuation and stop words, are removed. After that, word segmentation is carried out on the preprocessed short texts, and distributed expression is carried out on the segmented words. Finally, these texts are clustered and sorted on the basis of K-means algorithm. According to the experiment results, methods put forward in the paper are appropriate for short text clustering.
基于K-means算法,提出了一种短文本聚类方法。首先,利用网络爬虫收集互联网上的短文本数据。然后,对它们进行预处理,例如去除不相关的内容,如噪声数据、标点符号和停止词。然后对预处理后的短文本进行分词,对分词后的词进行分布式表达。最后,基于K-means算法对这些文本进行聚类和排序。实验结果表明,本文提出的方法适用于短文本聚类。
