The parents and the F 1 , F 2 , BC 1 and BC 2 generations were evaluated for six characteristics associated with the disease: visually evaluated infection degree; number of lesions per leaflet; lesion mean diameter; percentage of lesioned leaf area, number of lesions per square centimeter and disease index. The additive genetic effect was the most important in the determination of all traits related to soybean resistance to frogeye leaf spot. The infection degree, a subjective trait that considers the set of all resistance related characteristics in its constitution, presented positive variance and lower influence of the environment, consisting in a useful variable in programs of soybean breeding aiming at the resistance to C. sojina. 摘要

为了研究大豆对大豆斑孢虫的抗性遗传,利用抗性品种“Uberaba”和敏感品种“Bossier”的杂交群体的平均值和方差估计了遗传参数。对亲本及f1、f2、bc1和bc2代进行6个与疾病相关的特征评价:目测感染程度;每小叶的病变数;病变平均直径;病变叶面积百分比,每平方厘米病变数和疾病指数。在大豆抗蛙斑病相关性状的测定中,加性遗传效应最为重要。侵染度是一种主观性状,考虑了其构成中所有抗性相关性状的集合,呈正方差,受环境影响较小,是大豆抗病育种计划中一个有用的变量。所有性状均表现出至少一种显著的上位性互作类型(aa、ad或dd),全模型(加性+显性+上位性)更适合描述抗性。
