Fifteen novice teachers who had attended the microteaching program and have been teaching for one or two years were involved in the study. Questionnaire and interview were employed for data collection. The research results confirmed that the foregoing microteaching program had facilitated the improvement of eight teaching skills. Only two of eight skills, variation and explaining skills, which need further evaluation as they were found insufficient due to the lack of certain specific skills. 摘要

要创造优质教育,就必须具备广泛的知识和对教学相关成分的理解。因此,这就是为什么微型教学对未来教师是必要的。现代伊斯兰寄宿学校以培养理想的未来教育工作者为目标,对高中生进行了微教学项目。本研究旨在评估微格教学计划在高中生八项基本教学技能习得方面的成效。本研究选取了15名参加过微格教学项目并从事教学1 - 2年的新教师作为研究对象。采用问卷调查法和访谈法进行数据收集。研究结果证实,上述微教学方案促进了八项教学技能的提高。八项技能中只有两项,即变奏和解释技能,由于缺乏某些具体技能而被认为不足,需要进一步评估。另一方面,在教学方法、教案制定和材料准备方面,新教师也发现了一些改进,从而肯定了一些积极的评价。
