摘要

本研究的目的是利用离子凝胶技术制备甲胺酸微球。通过改变聚合物的比例,共制备了三种配方。对制备的微球进行药物包封效率、溶胀指数和体外药物释放度评价。在3种制剂中,F3制剂即(1:2)药聚合物比为最佳制剂,产率高、包封效率高、溶胀指数高、体外释药效果好。
