摘要

目的:本研究的目的是:(1)分析风格领导对Ternate CityLand办公室员工绩效的影响;(2)分析三市地政局工作纪律对员工绩效的影响;(3)同时分析风格领导和工作纪律对三地土地办公室员工绩效的影响。样本数量为42名员工。方法:采用多元回归分析法,采用SPSS (statistical package for social scientists)作为统计检验工具。发现:H1, H2和H3在5%的置信水平上被接受。结论:结果表明:(1)领导风格对副市土地办公室员工绩效有显著的正向影响。它基于一个大于t表值的t值和一个较小的显著值alpha (α);(2)工作纪律对三市地政局员工绩效有正向显著影响。它还基于一个大于t表值的tvalue,以及一个明显较小的alpha值(α);(3)领导风格和工作纪律对三市地政局员工绩效均有正向显著影响。它基于大于F表值的F值计数,且显著值小于alpha (α)。
