摘要

试验了桔梗提取物(乙醇、甲醇、水)对致病菌(2种革兰氏阳性:金黄色葡萄球菌和乳酸链球菌,2种革兰氏阴性:大肠杆菌和奇异变形杆菌)和4种致病菌(犬微芽孢菌、墨氏毛癣菌、黄蜡笔菌和氧孢子镰刀菌)的抑菌效果。采用高效液相色谱法对其单宁、类黄酮和苷含量进行了测定,并对其抑菌活性进行了考察。结果表明,提取物对被试微生物的作用效果,其中直径为11.22mm的11.11mm甲醇乙醇对被试细菌的作用效果最好;对真菌的作用效果无显著差异;结果表明,所研究的活性化合物的浓度根据环境(地理位置)和植物部位的差异而存在差异,芦丁在整个植物(苏莱曼尼亚)中的浓度最高,为22.92ppm,其余化合物的浓度与萨拉丁地区和所研究的植物部位的浓度相比最高。
