An Axicon system is used to replace the optical lens which can help to decrease the strict coupling requirements on the interface between water jet and the air. And using existing theory, the bubble problem in the coupling process has been discussed, and several measures have been promoted to lower the influence of bubbles. Finally three nozzle structures have also been compared and revised to help achieving better processing performances.
