摘要

目的研究开链环氧单体不同链长的存在对环氧有机硅树脂体系中涂料性能的影响。本文采用紫外光固化聚合的方法,将[4-甲基苯基-(4 -(2-甲基丙基)苯基)]碘离子作为光引发剂加入到环氧有机硅树脂中,研究开链环氧单体不同链长对涂料性能的影响。以端氢聚二甲基硅氧烷、1,2-环氧-5-己烯、1,2-环氧-7-辛烯和1,2-环氧-9-癸烯为前驱体,采用简单的硅氢化反应合成了环氧基有机硅预聚物。结果表明:UV固化环氧基有机硅涂料的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)和疏水性随开链环氧单体链长的增加而增加,具有优异的耐热性、疏水性、防乱涂性和脱墨性。研究局限/启示阳离子光固化系统不容易受到氧抑制的影响。然而,阳离子光固化工艺的局限性是需要较长的固化时间。通过UV固化方法制备的涂料可以提供优越的防污效果,因此它们在各种行业中都有很好的应用前景,特别是在防污涂料和防涂鸦涂料领域。
