摘要

蝉翅具有纳米结构,具有超疏水性、不反射光和抗菌特性。为了模拟蝉翅的纳米结构,我们采用金属辅助蚀刻法制备了纳米柱阵列。制备的纳米柱阵列对大肠杆菌具有较高的抑菌性能。该工艺以湿法工艺为基础,成本低,环境负荷低,具有工业应用的优势。
