The photocatalytic activity of ZBTO-x:y samples was assessed by degradation of methylene blue in aqueous solution under sunlight. Among them, ZBTO-1:3 displayed the best photocatalytic activity. 摘要

采用混合溶剂热法制备了不同BaTiO3含量的异质结构ZnO/BaTiO3复合材料。样品记为ZBTO-x:y,其中x:y为反应混合物中ZnO b2o_3 (x:y=1:2, 1:3 v2o_3:5)的质量比。采用x射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)、能量色散x射线能谱(EDS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对所得材料进行了表征。通过对亚甲基蓝在水溶液中的降解,考察了ZBTO-x:y样品的光催化活性。其中ZBTO-1:3光催化活性最好。观察到ZBTO-1:3的光催化活性增强,这可以归因于材料中BaTiO3的存在。
