Simetri Putra Perkasa (SPP) Tangerang. The population in this study were employees in the metal division at PT. Simetri Putra Perkasa totaling 101 people, the sample technique used is to use the slovin formula to 50 people, the data collection technique used in this study is a questionnaire/questionnaire method. Analysis of the data used in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that motivation had a significant effect on performance, while work discipline also had a significant effect on performance. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing show that motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination test obtained the coefficient of determination (R-Square) of 0.830, it can be concluded that motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) have an influence contribution of 83% on employee performance. Companies need to increase motivation and work discipline to improve the performance of employees of PT. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨动机与工作纪律对公司员工绩效的影响。本研究的人群为PT. Simetri Putra Perkasa金属部门的员工,共101人,使用的样本技术是使用slovin公式到50人,本研究使用的数据收集技术是问卷/问卷法。本研究所用数据分析采用多元线性回归分析。结果表明,动机对绩效有显著影响,而工作纪律对绩效也有显著影响。同时假设检验的结果表明,动机和工作纪律同时对员工绩效有显著影响。通过决定系数检验得到决定系数(r平方)为0.830,可以得出动机(X1)和工作纪律(X2)对员工绩效的影响贡献为83%。公司需要增加动力和工作纪律,以提高PT.
