This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The subjects in this study were 16 students of class VIII in one of the junior high schools in Karawang Regency. The instrument used was in the form of a mathematical creative thinking ability test consisting of four essay questions and interview guidelines.  The data collection techniques used in this research were tests and interviews. The data analysis technique used in this study consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the results and discussion of this study, it shows that the test results of students creative thinking skills are 25% in the high category with 4 students, 31.25% in the medium category with 5 students, and 43.75% in the low category. with a total of 7 students. 摘要

本研究旨在描述卡拉旺区某学校初八班学生在解决平面图形材料相关问题时的数学创造性思维能力。本研究采用定性方法和描述性方法。本研究以卡拉旺县一所初中八年级16名学生为研究对象。所使用的工具是以数学创造性思维能力测试的形式进行的,该测试由四个论述问题和面试指南组成。本研究使用的数据收集技术是测试和访谈。本研究使用的数据分析技术包括数据缩减、数据呈现和结论绘制。根据本研究的结果和讨论,学生创造性思维技能的测试结果显示,高类别4人占25%,中等类别5人占31.25%,低类别43.75%。共7名学生。由此可见,Karawang区某学校SMP八班学生的数学创造性思维能力仍然较低,学生的创造性思维能力也未达到流畅性、灵活性、独创性和精细化等指标
