The development design of multi-graphene was initially fabricated by focused ion beam (FIB) process. The nanomanipulation system was used for folding and electrostatic actuation inside a FESEM (Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope). The movement of multi-graphene was confirmed by electrostatic forces.
