The task of the article can be conditionally divided into two stages: differentiation of social and pedagogical segments of inclusive education (to make optimal strategic decisions on the organization of inclusive education); search for a synergistic model (combination of social, pedagogical, and other elements) in the formation of a favorable educational environment for inclusive principles. The methodological basis of the study was scientific and pedagogical methods. The results of the study point to those elements of inclusive education in European states, which can be actualized in the Ukrainian system of education. 摘要

科学探索的目的是协调全纳教育在社会和教学层面的原则。本文的任务可以有条件地分为两个阶段:区分全纳教育的社会和教学部分(对全纳教育的组织做出最优的战略决策);寻找一种协同模式(社会、教学和其他因素的结合),形成有利于包容性原则的教育环境。本研究的方法论基础是科学方法和教学方法。研究结果指出了欧洲国家全纳教育的要素,这些要素可以在乌克兰的教育体系中实现。因此,欧洲的全纳教育已经形成了明确的普遍原则和机制,可以在发展中国家的公共教育战略中实施。
