摘要

氟化工是新兴的工业之一,其产品广泛应用于日常生活中。但氟化工生产过程中涉及许多危险化学品,容易造成毒气泄漏、瓦斯爆炸、火灾、人体中毒等诸多事故,危及人民生命财产安全。因此,对氟化工厂的应急管理能力进行分析和评价是十分必要的。本文建立了氟化工厂火灾应急管理失效的故障树,并给出了相应的应急管理能力评价指标体系。此外,为了对氟化工厂的应急管理能力进行评价,提出了一种基于人工神经网络的应急管理能力评价方法,拓展了应急管理能力评价技术。
