These reasons are the key factors that lead to the creation of hybrid cars. This article discusses the intervention in hybrid vehicle’s content parameters, which were conducted on the simulation software ADVISOR, by changing the value of the vehicle according to certain rules. We also use the Vietnamese’s driving cycle of to set the ADVISOR program up.
