摘要

本研究采用三波纵向数据,检验师生关系质量和教师职业支持效能在中国青少年家庭社会经济地位与职业发展的关联中的潜在中介作用(N = 1410)。结果发现,第一波家庭经济地位与第三波职业矛盾心理呈负相关,与第二波师生关系质量和教师职业支持效能呈正相关。此外,第一波的青少年家庭经济地位与第三波的职业适应性正相关,并与第二波教师职业支持效能正相关。本研究强调师生互动在青少年职业发展中的重要作用。
