摘要

本文以电力体制改革为背景,建立了基于配电与融资一体化的配电网投入产出效率评价指标体系,建立了基于模糊隶属度的配电网投入产出效率评价模型,提取试点单位数据,进行模型试算,优化模型,辅助各单位绩效考核。保障电网投资效率,加强精准投资,实现投资必须有效,效率低下需要问责。
