In the experiment of this paper, through the control of digital signal processor (DSP), the dithering particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is used to extract the best degree of polarization (DOP), the DOP is utilized to compensate three stage PMD of optical fiber. 摘要

为了克服制造工艺缺陷、机械应力或温度等因素导致的两种正交偏振模相速度和群速度差异引起的双折射,提出了一种80gbit /s光通信中偏振模色散(PMD)自适应补偿方法。在本文的实验中,通过数字信号处理器(DSP)的控制,采用抖动粒子群优化(PSO)算法提取最佳偏振度(DOP),利用DOP补偿光纤的三级PMD。实验结果表明,高速偏振监测单元大大缩短了自适应PMD补偿的偏振监测时间,使PMD补偿系统有效工作。
