Therefore this paper proposes a substation management system, in which the demand limit can be allocated by Hierarchical Cumulative Voting (HCV) method based on the assigned weight to the respective consumers. 摘要

连接到现有电网的一组用户对电力中断和电力变化非常敏感。因此,提供可靠的服务是电力公司的责任,并且在停电的情况下,电力公司应该承诺尽可能多地向高优先级客户的所有连接负载和低优先级客户的部分负载提供电力供应。目前使用的需求侧管理系统在很大程度上照顾到消费者的便利性。在配电馈线级和建筑区域网络级对需求响应有一些贡献,但到目前为止,关于变电站级需求响应的工作做得很少。为此,本文提出了一种变电站管理系统,该系统采用分层累积投票(HCV)的方法,根据分配的权重对各用户的需求限额进行分配。结果表明,当负荷超过电力供应时,需求限制可以有效地分配,进而可以用于需求响应策略。
