The effectiveness of the task of checking the quality of the information model has been proven by determining the impact of changes in the indicators of the current situation in the project on its results and developing an approach for making management decisions during project planning and control. The need for the formation of knowledge and its classification and positive impact on the assessment of project implementation and the implementation of optimal actions from the project in accordance with the filling parameter of the information support model are substantiated. For the implementation of the information technology of enterprise management, a structure of three components is proposed: the management of the operational subsystem of the enterprise, its project subsystem and the methodological component, which in its data has an organizational and technological component. The formalization of factors influencing the external environment and topology rules between the structural elements of the system is proposed. The results of the research can be used to create digital models of spatial objects and information technology for modeling the surface of the built-up area.
