摘要

本研究采用常规固溶法制备[Li0.04(Na0.54+xK0.46)0.96](Nb0.81Ta0.15 Sb0.04)O3陶瓷。所有样品均具有较高的密度,密度范围为4.72 ~ 4.77(g/cm3)。由于钠过量,材料的介电和压电性能得到了提高。结果表明,当x = 0.005时,可获得密度为4.73(g/cm3)、kp = 0.46、d33 = 279(pC/N)的优异性能。
