Owners of multi-occupancy buildings in the UK now need to ensure that all flat-entrance doors and fire doors provide the required compartmentation. Bernard Hornung of Coltraco, formerly an experienced fire fighter with the British Army, says ultrasonic air-leak detectors could help.
