摘要

近年来,基于传统探测器数据的排队平衡研究受到数据丢失的影响,导致得到的车辆到达率和耗散率不准确。针对这一问题,提出了一种利用浮车数据中的车辆轨迹特征而不计算到达率的方法。首先,采用遗传算法求解最优排队强度序列;然后,根据队列长度与绿灯时间的关系,实时调整各相位的绿灯时间,实现队列长度均衡,有效地减少了绿灯损失时间。通过VISSIM仿真验证,降低了各阶段的排队延迟和排队强度。
