Data from World Development Index,2013 reveal that in 1999 only 63% of male students and 60% of female students who had begun grade Ist reached grade Vth. This is a lower rate than for lower middle-income countries. Creation of jobs is another area of concern. This researcher wants to analyze the efforts of Governments and window of opportunity coming due to demographic dividends.
