The results showed: a non-significant increase in the activity of SOD, GST, LDH and AchE during 6-9 months, and activity of AE during 1-3 months, were determined whereas the activity of Px was decreased in all periods of pregnancyA nonsignificant increase in the level of vitamin E and non-significant decrease in levels of vitamin A and C during pregnancy periods in placentae of infected pregnant Were observed. . A significant increase (p≤0.01) in levels of Na and K during 1-3 months and Ca during 3-6 months, whereas the level of Cl decreased during pregnancy periods. 摘要

弓形虫病的发病机制可能与宿主细胞与病原体的相互作用有关。研究弓形虫感染孕妇和未感染孕妇(对照组)胎盘的生化指标,考虑的标准有:超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(Px)、谷胱甘肽转移酶(GST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、芳基酯酶(AE)、乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)、维生素A、C、E以及胎盘电解质包括:钠(Na)、钾(K)、氯(Cl)、钙(Ca)、硒(Se)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、铁(Fe)、镁(Mg)和锰(Mn)。结果表明:6 ~ 9个月期间SOD、GST、LDH、AchE活性无显著升高,1 ~ 3个月期间AE活性无显著升高,而Px活性在妊娠各时期均呈下降趋势;感染孕妇胎盘中维生素E水平无显著升高,维生素a、C水平无显著降低。妊娠1 ~ 3月龄Na、K水平显著升高(p≤0.01),3 ~ 6月龄Ca水平显著升高(p≤0.01),Cl水平下降。胎盘感染孕妇妊娠6 ~ 9月龄硒、镁水平显著升高(p≤0.01),1 ~ 3月龄和6 ~ 9月龄铜水平升高不显著(p≤0.01),而锌、铁、锰水平在妊娠各时期均显著降低。
