The antifungal activities against Aspergillus niger and Penicilium scup fungal species were also performed. 摘要

摘要采用缩合法合成了9种苄基-4-硝基苯胺。取代的(E)- n -苄基-4-硝基苯胺的形成已通过它们的物理和紫外、红外、核磁共振光谱数据得到证实。采用标准Bauer-Kirby法评价取代(E)- n -苄基-4-硝基苯胺的抗菌筛选效果。采用枯草芽孢杆菌、黄体微球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌3种革兰氏阳性菌和大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌2种革兰氏阴性菌进行抗菌评价。并对黑曲霉和青霉进行了抑菌试验。一些取代的(E)- n -苄基-4-硝基苯胺对微生物具有良好的抑菌效果
