IR24, IR36, IR54,Shuang-Er-Zhan and others could restore its fertility. 摘要

1984 ~ 1988年5年间共发现9个品种48例雄性不育突变体,其中R_1代30例,R_2代28例。R_2代ms变异频率为1%左右,R_2代为2%左右。根据ms-突变体的性状及其遗传表达,可将无花粉(核不育)和败育(细胞质遗传不育)分为两类。在1R54中,在不同世代(R_1代和R_2代)和不同年份(1985年和1986年)发现了2例无花粉ms-突变体。在败育花粉型的ms突变体中,发现了一个细胞质遗传雄性不育突变体(54257)。郑汕97、二久爱、162-5 (IR52的稳定体细胞无性系)和贵潮2号与ms系(54257)杂交后均能保持雄性不育。IR24、IR36、IR54、双二展等均能恢复其育性。结果表明,“54257”为细胞质ms突变体。这是国际上首次通过组织培养诱导细胞质ms突变体。
