摘要

在激光应用领域,为了满足高光束质量的需要,纠正激光在传输过程中产生的波前像差,改善激光相位分布,从而提高光束聚焦光斑的能量集中,建立了一套基于79通道微机膜变形镜(MMDM)的激光束整形实验系统。采用随机平行梯度下降(SPGD)算法,分别以聚焦光斑半径、以几何中心为中心的围能比和以质心为中心的围能比三个性能指标进行激光束整形实验。在三种情况下,分别经过58次、197次、133次迭代后收敛,但斑半径演化曲线振荡严重。围能比分别由成型前的0.200 5、0.127 7、0.200 5增加到成型后的0.669 9、0.733 9、0.864 0。实验结果表明,MMDM可用于激光束整形,效果良好。以光斑半径为性能指标,成形速度最快,其次是质心围能比和几何中心围能比。形心围能比的整形效果最好,几何中心围能比次之,光斑半径围能比次之。综合比较后,最好选择质心围能比作为性能指标。
