The used cutting conditions ensure the cutting of a blank for one pass. The cutting rate was varied in wide range. The magnetic properties of studied blanks were determined via measuring the magnetization reversal curves recorded before and after cutting. Changes in the alloy structure during laser cutting were estimated by X-ray diffraction analysis. The decrease in the magnetic properties during laser cutting was found to depend on the blank thickness. The thinner the magnet blank, the lower the decrease in its magnetic properties. The causes for the decrease in the magnetic properties of NdFeB permanent magnet blanks during laser cutting are local changing the phase composition of alloy and decrease in the degree of texture of blanks. 摘要

研究了激光切割稀土钕铁硼永磁体的可能性。使用工业导航员KS-5VDM1-3激光复合体(VNITER,俄罗斯)。用于切割的烧结永磁体坯有10、4.5、3和2毫米厚。切割是在空气中进行的。所使用的切削条件保证了一次切削一次毛坯。切削速率变化幅度较大。通过测量切割前后记录的磁化反转曲线,确定了所研究毛坯的磁性能。通过x射线衍射分析估计了激光切割过程中合金组织的变化。发现激光切割过程中磁性能的下降与毛坯厚度有关。磁体坯料越薄,其磁性能的下降幅度越小。导致钕铁硼永磁坯体在激光切割过程中磁性能下降的原因是合金相组成的局部改变和坯体织构程度的降低。通过优化激光切割条件,可以最大限度地降低材料的磁性损失。
