摘要

目前,在肺癌的筛查和早期诊断方面还存在许多问题。提高肺癌的筛查和早期诊断效率,迫切需要无创、方便、特异性和敏感性高的方法。近年来发表的大量研究表明,检测一组肿瘤相关自身抗体对肺癌的筛查和早期诊断具有良好的特异性和良好的敏感性。此外,联合使用一组自身抗体和低剂量CT可降低假阳性率,提高CT的特异性和阳性预测值,有助于肺癌的筛查和早期诊断。本文就肿瘤相关自身抗体的产生机制、特点、诊断性能及存在的问题,特别是在肺癌早期诊断中的应用作一综述。关键词:自身抗体;早期诊断;肺肿瘤
