摘要

本工作的目的是研究利用激光辐射提高Cd0.9Zn0.1 Te晶体辐射硬度的可能性。采用脉冲Nd:YAG激光瞄准。采用光致发光法对实验中γ射线辐照前后的晶格缺陷进行了估计。实验结果表明,激光辐照强度为1.20 ~ 1.80 MW/cm2后,CdZnTe晶体的辐射硬度有所提高。

Increased radiation hardness of CdZnTe by laser radiation
The aim of this work is to study the possibility to increase the radiation hardness of Cd0.9Zn0.1 Te crystal using laser radiation. Pulsed Nd:YAG laser for this aim was used.
